1 General Terms & Conditions

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person or household, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on zk99 are straightforward and secure. However, certain rules must be followed to maintain security and ensure the smooth operation of the system.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits must be observed.

3.2 Withdraw

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

• Any winnings resulting from a game bug or technical error may be voided.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply and may vary by game.
• All games are RNG-certified and regularly audited by independent third parties.

6 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on zk99. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system.
• Using any cheating software or bots.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.

• Harassing or threatening other members or staff.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended periods of inactivity.

7.1 Self-Initiated Account Closure
